The Prince George RCMP are continuing to investigate a possible assault.
Back on May 5th, officers received a request from paramedics of an alleged assault on the 2100 block of Upland Street.
Upon arrival police found a man suffering from what appeared to be serious injuries and was transported to hospital.
The Serious Crime Unit took over the scene to investigate which led to the arrest of a 30-year-old man on May 11th believed to be responsible.
The victim and the accused are known to each other.
He was later released on a promise to appear for court on July 11th.
