The Team WHL roster for the Canada-Russia Series next month includes former Prince George Cougars forward Justin Almeida of the Moose Jaw Warriors.
No current PG Cougars were selected to play in the games on Monday, November 5th in Kamloops and Tuesday the 6th in Vancouver.
The Ontario Hockey League will host Games Three and Four, while the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League will welcome the Russians for Games Five and Six.
Since the event first began in 2003, CHL teams have played to an overall record of 61-22-1-6.
