WATCH: ‘Romaine’ calm, Prince George!

WATCH:

You may have noticed Prince George grocery stores have no romaine lettuce on the shelves.

There have been 22 reported E-coli outbreaks in Canada since Wednesday, with the product as a possible factor.

“Anyone who has eaten romaine lettuce and is experiencing the symptoms of illness associated with E-coli 0157, which includes upset stomach with vomiting and diarrhea, are encouraged to speak to their Healthcare professional.”

– Dr. David Njoo, Canada’s Public Health Agency
