WATCH: PG dealt collectible card bylaw for first time in two years

WATCH:

It’s been nearly two years since this card was dealt to Prince George City Council.

A bylaw is moving forward that states second-hand dealers have to keep trading & collectible cards for 30 days before selling them.

Video games are already exempt in the bylaw (2014), but police are concerned the cards can be valuable & unique, which makes it easier to find the rightful owner should they be stolen.

A public hearing, at a date to be determined, will take place before a final decision.
