Fraser Lake man charged with vehicular homicide

A Fraser Lake man has been charged following a motor vehicle accident in which he caused the death of another man.

On January 17th, 2014, Christopher McGuiney was involved in an accident which cost the life of one man and injured another.

On December 22nd, he was charged with six criminal acts including impaired driving and dangerous driving.

McGuiney was arrested Monday and was released on a $2500 bail with a number of conditions including being unable to operate or be found in the drivers seat of a motor vehicle.
