Those wondering what’s happening with fundraising efforts for Vanderhoof’s new aquatic centre can attend a community meeting tomorrow night.
The group spearheading the money raising efforts will be holding an info session at the Community Futures office starting at 7 pm.
Organizer Zoe Dhillon says they will be planning their next big fundraiser.
“So we will be having one either at the beginning or end of March,” says Dhillon, “we’re just trying to nail down dates, and it will be a live pie auction, and a silent auction and a dinner and dance.”

The District is wanting to get $8 million together before they begin construction.
