The City's Official Community Plan (OCP) is going to another public hearing. At tonight's (Wednesday) meeting, Prince George City Council made progress on the City's OCP, implementing resolutions made earlier this year, and giving the OCP Bylaw second reading.Â
Prince George RCMP seeking woman wanted for failing to comply with release order
The Prince George RCMP are on the lookout for 36-year-old Kristina Marie Randahl. According to police, she is wanted on an unendorsed warrant for two counts of failing to comply with a release order.Â

Defenceman Isaac Holt will be the 24th Spruce King in the team's BCHL era to wear the "C".The team announced the Pembroke, Ontario product will be the team's captain heading into the 2025-26 season.Â
Most of new long weekend fire starts in PG Fire Centre out or under control
The Labour Day long weekend was an active one in the province for the B.C. Wildfire Service.According to the Wildfire Service, nearly 6,000 lightning strikes were recorded over the weekend, resulting in 119 new wildfires.Â
City surpasses one-year housing target
The City of Prince George is making good progress on its Housing Target Order. Under the Housing Supply Act, the B.C. Government set a five-year target of 1,803 new units for Prince George last year.Â
