City seeking volunteers to sit on two committees
The City of Prince George is putting out the call for volunteers to sit on a pair of committees.
The City is accepting applicants to sit on the Prince George Heritage Commission, with one position available for a term ending February 28th, 2027.Â
More members, but not more meetings for Heritage Commission, City Council decides
Prince George City Council voted on a number of recommendations from the City's Heritage Commission at last night's (Monday) meeting.Â
During a regular council meeting in March, Prince George Heritage Commission Chair Dr. George Davison outlined many of the issues the Commission has been facing, such as a reduced number of meetings, and a reduction in City staff support.Â
