The BX Pub Bandits scored five goals in each period in a convincing 15-5 victory over the Quesnel Crossfire in Prince George Senior Lacrosse. The Bandits are in 2nd place with a 6-1 record while Quesnel is 3rd at 3-4. Cole Paciejewski racked up nine points, including five goals.

Prince George Senior Lacrosse resumes Saturday at 8pm in Quesnel as the Crossfire play the winless Cowboy Ranch Stylers.

The next league game in PG will be Monday night at 8 as the 7-0 Westwood Pub Devils take on the Bandits at Kin 1.

–The Duchess Park Condors finished round robin play with a tie and two losses at the BC High School Girls Double A Soccer Championship in Vancouver (at Crofton House).
Duchess had a 1-1 draw against Valleyview (Thursday) before falling to Seycove 1-0 (Thursday) and Brookswood 3-2 (Friday).

UPDATE—-Duchess lost in the consolation 3-2 to Crofton House. The Condors will play Smithers Saturday for 15th and 16th in the 16-team tournament.

–The Kelowna Rockets crushed the host Quebec Remparts 9-3 Friday night in the Memorial Cup semi-final. The Rockets advance to Sunday’s championship game against the Oshawa Generals. Quebec reached the semi after a 5-2 victory over Rimouski in a tie-breaker.
