Timberwolves below .500 at the break

The 3-5 UNBC Timberwolves men`s basketball team is tied for 4th place, a game back of third, in the Canada West Explorer Division as of semester/Christmas break. The top three teams advance to the playoffs.

On the women`s side, UNBC is tied for last at 1-7. The Timberwolves resume league play January 8th when they host the MacEwan University Griffins in the first of a weekend doubleheader.
