2019 BCNE Fall Fair to be bigger and better than ever

The summer is slowly winding down in Prince George but the 2019 BCNE should be able to heat things up.

The annual Fall Fair runs from Thursday to Sunday at the Exhibition Grounds.

President Sylvia Layzell told MyPGNow.com it should be a lot more fun for families this year due to the lack of wildfires.

“Thankfully there is no smoke so the breathing should be nice and easy. We have the President’s Choice super dogs are back and bigger and better than ever, this year, a new thing that we have is a barbeque competition.”

A lot of the old favorites that people have become accustomed to over the years will be back for another year including The Midway, Stetson Stomp and the 4-H.

“We’ve got our mini donuts and a new ride out called “The Frenzy” so they are excited to have that here and we also have the heavy horse as usual and the 4-H barns are full to capacity.”

Speaking of that BBQ competition, Kurt Flesher from Country 97 FM and Don Graham from 94.3 The Goat will be taking part.
