Numerous charges laid in Blackburn home invasion

Numerous charges have been laid and one suspect is on the run after last week’s home invasion on Blackburn road.

Charges from the Feb. 2nd home invasion have been approved against Michael Campbell-Alexander, 18, as well as Elliot Joseph, 30, and Crystal Shielke, 22.

A fourth young woman, who is under the age of 18, cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

All four face the following charges:

· Robbery

· Robbery with Intent to Steal a Firearm

· Break & Enter

· Break & Enter with Intent to Steal a Firearm

· Forcible Confinement

· Use an Imitation Firearm while Committing an Indictable Offence

· Wear Disguise with Intent

· Uttering Threats

· Assault with a Weapon

· Assault Causing Bodily Harm

· Possession of a Firearm Knowing it was Obtained by Crime

· Possession of a Firearm without a Licence

· Knowingly Possess a Firearm without a Licence

· Theft of a Motor Vehicle

· Theft Over $5000

· Theft Under $5000

Campbell-Alexander, Joseph, and the young female also face a charge of unlawfully occupying a vehicle knowing a firearm was inside.

Two of the suspects will appear in court Tuesday, Shielke on Thursday, while police still search for – Elliot Ryan Joseph (pictured above), a Prince George resident originally from Fort St. James.

He is described as:

· First Nations male

· Black hair

· Brown eyes

· 175 cm (5’9″)

· 68 kg (150 lbs)
