For the second time this week, Prince George Firefighters responded to a blaze along the 1300 block of Carney Street.
Just after 4:30 this morning (Thursday) crews found a fully involved backyard shed that extended into the neighboring fence and shed.
Deputy Fire Chief, Paul Knudsgaard told MyPGNow.com it’s the same property that was involved in a duplex fire on Monday morning, which resulted in $125,000 damage.
“The fire took place on the same property (1377 Carney Street) as the previous fire located at the same address, this fire involved a shed and a neighboring adjacent shed and the RCMP attended. There are no injuries or civilian-related concerns.”
The damage estimate for the second fire is $20,000.
The fire is under investigation by the RCMP.
