Quesnel RCMP confirms one person was killed in a single-vehicle accident on Monday.
Sergeant Richard Weseen said the driver was the lone occupant.
RCMP, BC Ambulance, and the Quesnel Volunteer Fire Department were called to the 4000 block of Quesnel-Hydraulic Road around 4-30.
Weseen stated the vehicle left the road and flipped into the ditch before bursting into flames.
No other details are available at this time.
Quesnel RCMP and the BC Coroners Service continue to investigate.

Sergeant Richard Weseen says it happened at around 4-30 in the afternoon…
“It was a single-vehicle rollover. The vehicle left the road, flipped into the ditch and then caught on fire.”
The road was closed for a few hours.
