Ness Lake Bible Camp will be doing things a little bit different this year in terms of fundraising.
A drive through fundraising event will be held this Sunday (November 8), to help the camp recover from the financial impact of the pandemic.
“Like many businesses and not-for-profits, COVID-19 has impacted Ness Lake Bible Camp tremendously. Last year we were unable to have camp and we had to cancel our spring and school group rentals,” said Executive Director Elliot Harder.
The camp lost about $750,000 worth of revenue due to COVID-19, he added.
“This summer we are looking forward to having some form of day camps and are looking for help to be able to provide bussing to and from camp for the kids,” said Harder.
The event will be held at the Hartland Baptist Church from 1 – 4 p.m. this Sunday.
