Prince Rupert continues to battle two COVID-19 outbreaks, which has taken the life of one person.
All three cases associated with the outbreak at the Patient Care Unit in the Prince Rupert Regional Hospital have recovered.
Two patients and one staff member have been diagnosed with the virus since the outbreak was declared on March 28th.
Meanwhile, the other outbreak in Prince Rupert at Acropolis Manor continues as there have been five cases identified since the outbreak was declared on April 3rd.
One resident has since passed away, while the four other people battling the virus have recovered.
