Mitch Love of Quesnel is the new head coach of the AHL’s Stockton Heat which is the Calgary Flames farm club.
Love spent the last two seasons as head coach of the Saskatoon Blades of the WHL.

The Chicago Blackhawks have traded 37-year-old defenceman Duncan Keith to the Edmonton Oilers for defenceman Caleb Jones and a third-round draft pick.
Keith is a two-time Norris Trophy winner and three-time Stanley Cup champion who has two years left on a 13-year, $72 million contract.
