NHL:

The Eastern Conference Finals resume tonight as the Lightning host the Rangers in Game 6.

Tampa Bay holds a 3-2 series lead over New York.

WHL:

The Prince George Cougars were busy with a handful of announcements on Friday, including Cole Waldie being named the new voice of the team, the Cougars Alumni Charity Golf Tournament, and acquiring forward Chase Wheatcroft from the Winnipeg Ice.

Outside of Prince George, the WHL Championship series continues, and could conclude in Edmonton tonight, as the Oil Kings host the Seattle Thunderbirds.

Edmonton holds a 3-1 series lead.

NBA Finals:

MLB:

Toronto Blue Jays  10  Detroit Tigers  1

The Blue Jays and the rain poured it on the Tigers.

The game was delayed due  to heavy rain in the bottom of the third inning, following a four-run second by the Jays.

CFL:

Winnipeg Blue Bombers  19  Ottawa Redblacks  17 

Week 1 of the CFL Season continues this afternoon with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats visiting the Saskatchewan Roughriders (4:00 p.m.), and the Edmonton Elks visiting the BC Lions (7:00 p.m.).

RBC Canadian Open:

Wyndham Clark is the leader at -7 through 36 holes at the St. Georges Golf and Country Club in Etobicoke, Ontario.

Canadians Nick Taylor (-2), Aaron Cockerill (-2), Adam Hadwin (-1), Corey Conners (E), Adam Svensson (E), and Mackenzie Hughes (+1) all made the cut after two days.
