The Prince George Track and Field Club dominated its own Spruce Capital invitational meet at Masich Place Stadium.
A total of 155 events were held. PG finished with 1666 points followed by Nisga with 368, Quesnel Track and Field Club with 172, Bulkley Valley Athletics with 151 and Quesnel Junior Secondary with 29.

Northland/Nissan Assault outscored the Stylers 16-9. The Assault sit in 4th place with a 3-8 record.
