Library’s annual fall book sale being held this weekend

Readers across Prince George will be gearing up for a long winter at the PG Public Library’s downtown branch this weekend.

The annual fall book sale is being held on Friday and Saturday with thousands of options to choose from, all while raising money for the library.

Friday’s sale (October 13) will be held from 3:00 until 5:30 for library members only – non-members can join the ranks for $5.

Everyone else will be able to shop on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

The annual sale is put on by the Friends of the Prince George Public Library Society, they have raised over $460,000 for the library in other sales and similar events since 1990.

All items will be sold by cash donation.
