The fare for BC Transit in Prince George will look a little different over the next few days as the Food for Fare campaign returns.
From tomorrow (Monday) until Wednesday, transit users can ride BC Transit buses or handyDART for free by donating a non-perishable food item.
The donation boxes will be located behind the driver’s seat.
The donations collected will be given to the Prince George Salvation Army.
