Ty Young stopped 38 shots to come out on top of the goaltending duel with Scott Ratzlaff.
Scoring came from the blueline, as Chase Paul and Ephram McNutt found the back of the net.
It was McNutt’s first goal since he scored the opening goal of the 2022-2023 season.

Prince George Spruce Kings 7 Penticton Vees 4
A second period scoring outburst of five goals for the Spruce Kings led them to the upset victory over the league-leading Vees.
Penticton scored all four of their goals in the third, but their comeback bid fell short.
The Spruce Kings (11-16-3-0) are at the bottom of the BCHL’s Interior Division standings.
