Prince George RCMP looking to identify robbery suspect by hand tattoo

The Prince George RCMP are turning to the public for help in identifying a robbery suspect.

According to police, the incident happened shortly after 4:00 pm on April 2nd at a gas station on the 1800-block of 20th Avenue.

Mounties say the station was robbed for the cash inside of the till.

“The suspect was wearing their hood tied closely around their face and is not easily identifiable,” said Cpl. Jennifer Cooper.

“However, they have a unique tattoo covering most of their right hand.”

The suspect is described as:

  • Between 5′ 4″ and 5′ 8″
  • Appeared to be around 18-19 years old
  • Wearing a white hoody, dark pants, and a black hat
  • Tattoo on right hand.

The sole employee of the store was not injured during the robbery.
