The Prince George Cougars looked to the Golden State for their selections in the WHL’s US Priority Draft.
With the 21st pick in the draft, the Cougars picked Forward Cole Hajt of El Segundo, California.
Hajt, 15, spent the last season the 14U AAA Los Angeles Jr. Kings, putting up 44 points (20G, 24A) in 70 games.
With the 43rd pick, the Cats picked up Defenceman Dax Diep of San Diego.
Diep played in 66 games for the 14U AAA Anaheim Jr. Ducks, notching 33 points. (9G, 24A)
The Cougars have the 21st overall pick in the WHL Prospects Draft, which starts at 9:00 am P.T. tomorrow. (Thursday)
