One new institutional building provided a large boost for Prince George’s building permit values in April.
According to a report going before Prince George City Council at tomorrow’s (Monday) meeting, the City issued 26 permits last month, worth a combined total of $56.6 million.
One of those was for a new institutional building, worth $49.9 million.
In addition, six permits were issued for new single-family dwellings worth a combined $3.2 million.
So far this year, the City has issued a total of 130 permits worth a combined total of $98.4 million.
