The UNBC women’s soccer team kicked off the 2015 Canada West soccer season at home against UBC Okanagan tonight (Fri).
The Timberwolves got on the board first half just 25 minutes in on an unassisted goal from Sydney Hall.
UBCO tied it up late in the game just before the 88th minute from Mairi Horth.
The Lady Timberwolves are back in action on Sunday when they host the Thompson Rivers Wolf Pack at 12 noon.

On the men’s side the University of Victoria Vikings blanked the UNBC Timberwolves 3-0 this evening (Fri).
Craig Gorman, Keevan Webb and Cam Hundal all scored in the first half for the Vikes.
Both teams play again Saturday night in Victoria.
