Quesnel RCMP wrap up investigation into workplace death

Quesnel RCMP have wrapped up their portion of an investigation into a tragic workplace death at the WestPine MDF Plant earlier this month.

Sergeant Clay Kronebusch confirms that they have determined that there was no criminality involved.

The investigation is now solely in the hands of WorkSafe BC.

Emergency officials were called to the MDF Plant on Carradice Road at 10:18 A.M. on January 17th.

The accident claimed the life of a 24-year old man.
