Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.
Severe thunderstorm watches are issued when conditions are favourable for the development of thunderstorms capable of producing damaging hail, wind or rain.

Another blast of rain could be on its way to the Prince George area.
Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm warning as meteorologists are tracking a system capable of producing strong winds, pea to dime sized hail and heavy rain.
A severe thunderstorm located over Baldy Hughes is moving northeast at 40 km/h. This storm should reach Highway 97.
Locations impacted include: Baldy Hughes, Beaverley, West Lake Park, Fort George Canyon Park, Red Rock, Stoner and Buckhorn.
Residents are asked to take immediate cover a thunderstorm approaches.
