PG Hospice serving tea in support of its programs

The Prince George Hospice Society will be hosting its High Tea for Hospice on Mother’s Day weekend.

The hospice society puts on an afternoon of tea, food, entertainment, games and prizes, and a silent auction which is all in support of its programs.

Alica Fitzpatrick with the Hospice fund development said the event also helps kick off Hospice Month.

“May is Hospice Month, so we love to open that month up with our beautiful High Tea, and just celebrate being together and those special moments with our loved ones.”

Fitzpatrick added that this year’s event is Alice in Wonderland themed, and encourages people taking part to dress up.

The event is set for Saturday, May 9th, starting at noon at the Coast Inn Ballroom.

More information and tickets can be found here.
