CityWest advancing Highway 37 fibre route project amid outage

Following a major service outage, CityWest is eyeing a new fibre route along Highway 37 to better serve customers in Northern B.C.

CityWest is currently advancing the new transport route that will create an additional pathway into the region.

Once complete, it is expected to strengthen network resiliency by providing another option for moving traffic when an existing route is disrupted.

More details about its construction and the communities it will support will be made public shortly.
