Northern B.C. gamblers looking to collect on $50 million Lotto Max draw

Tonight’s (Tuesday) Lotto Max Draw could be a game-changer.

The jackpot is at 50-million dollars along with two max million prizes up for grabs. In addition, 50 Max Plus cash rewards up $100,000 each are also in play.

BC Lottery Corporation Spokesperson, Shelley Wong told Vista Radio the main prize has rolled over quite nicely and is there for the taking.

“The draw pattern is always random but for every missed draw the Lotto Max would increase by five million dollars. If tonight’s jackpot isn’t won, it would go up to 55-million for Friday’s Lotto Max draw.”

Wong is hoping lightning could strike for players in our area.

“You never know who is going to win but anytime there is a chance to win such a large, life-changing jackpot, we see a spike in sales right up until the draw time. We are looking forward to seeing who might win.”

The deadline to purchase your tickets is 7:30pm.

2025 was a pretty solid year for lottery players across northern B.C.

According to the gaming group, $851 million dollars in prize money was paid out province-wide with $54.5 million of that claimed by winning tickets in our region.
