Maresha Manulak drew first blood for UNBC in the 49th minute as her long boot sailed past Stefanie Mocnik for a 1-nil advantage.

Sadly, the roof caved in 12 minutes later as Vikes rippled the onion bag three straight times to end the contest.

Sophie Fingarson sparked the comeback in the 61st minute beating T-Wolves goalkeeper Johanna Rathke.

Sophie Olcen and Ruby Nicholas added the other two markers in the 75th and 82nd minutes respectively.

The following night, a six-goal outburst in the second half led to a dominate 7-0 thrashing by UBC over the T-Wolves in Vancouver.

Felicia Hanisch potted a hat-trick for the Thunderbirds while Maddy Norman, Bailey Doerkson, Hanna Bains and Sienna Gibson found the back of the net.

Rathke made 9 saves on 16 shots in defeat as UNBC drops to 0-12 on the year.

In men’s action, UNBC lost 3-0 and 5-0 at the hands of the Vikes and Thunderbirds.

A pair of late goals by Wesley Jones sealed the win for Victoria while Evan Larson notched the game winner in the 17th minute.

Callum Cuthbert made 8 saves in defeat for the Timberwolves.

Callum Weir didn’t even have to break a sweat to earn the shutout.

Saturday’s match saw, UBC (13-0-2) jumped out to a 3-0 lead and did not look back in the first half.

Brandon Momotani, Henri Godbout and Luke Norman set the pace for the host Thunderbirds.

Norman added another goal in the second half as did Nicolas Nadeau.

Owen Shum made 9 saves on 14 shots for the Timberwolves (2-6-6).
