City council wants consultation with Canada Post before ending home delivery

The Federation of Canadian Municipalities is divided on the issue of Canada Post and home delivery.

Frizzel says most communities will have trouble making room, especially without any consultation from Canada Post.

He says those costs should not be picked up by the tax payer.
