The ‘Volunteer City’ is calling on its volunteers.

Volunteer Prince George is coordinating with the City to recruit people to work shifts at the emergency reception centres at CNC and the Northern Sport Centre.

At CNC volunteers are needed 24 hours per day, seven days per week, while the Northern Sports Centre will be operational from 8:00 a.m. to midnight.

If you can help, please visit Volunteer PG’s website or fill in this form.

The City of Prince George has also set up a special page with up-to-date information for both residents and evacuees from the Cariboo.
