UPDATE – 4:30PM:
Drive BC is reporting Highway 97 between Quesnel and Williams Lake is now open in both directions.
Earlier today, southbound traffic near McLeese Lake was closed around 10AM due to a vehicle off the road.
By Noon, congestion decreased to single-lane alternating.
RCMP are still investigating the incident; no other information is available at this time.

Emergency crews are on scene at a single motor vehicle incident north of Wildwood near McLeese Lake on Highway 97.
Williams Lake RCMP Staff Sgt. Del Byron says the incident occurred just south of Blue Lake Road and a single southbound vehicle went off road.
According to S/Sgt. Byron, the highway has been single lane alternating since Noon, but the incident occurred around 10AM.
