Caps lead 2-1 with Game Four Thursday at 5 in Washington.

Brett Connolly of Prince George scored his fourth goal of the playoffs and second in the series for the Capitals.

Connolly has three points in the three games against the Lightning.

The NHL Western Conference Final has shifted to Las Vegas for Game Three tonight at 6.

The Golden Knights and the Winnipeg Jets are tied 1-1.

Bryan Allbee of Prince George picked up an assist for the host Chiefs.

The Memorial Cup opens Friday in Regina with the Pats against the OHL champion Hamilton Bulldogs.

Former PG Cougar Jesse Gabrielle is on the Regina injured list and isn’t expected to play for the Pats.

The Prince George Kodiaks will have a total of 13 teams, from 14 to 18 years of age, at the volleyball club nationals in Edmonton starting Thursday and running until Tuesday.

There are 864 teams in 24 divisions that will play on over 50 courts at the new Northlands Expo Centre.

The Prince George and Hart Judo Clubs are sending 17 athletes to the national judo championships (Thursday to Sunday) in Calgary.

The Prince George Knights will compete at the Interior Cup in Penticton, which is Western Canada’s largest adult ball hockey tournament (Friday to Sunday).

Celtics lead 2-0 with game three Saturday night at 5:30 in Cleveland.

The Golden State Warriors lead the Rockets 1-0.

The Phoenix Suns won the NBA draft lottery and will pick first in the draft on June 21st.

The Suns finished with the worst record in the league.

Sacramento will pick second and Atlanta third with both teams moving up.

 

MLB:

Seattle Mariners eight-time All-Star Robinson Cano has been slapped with an 80-game suspension for using performance-enhancing drugs.

The 35-year-old Cano is already on the sidelines with a broken bone in his hand.
