There are not a lot of roster spots available on the Prince George Spruce Kings as they gear up for the 2018-19 BCHL season.
Training camp opens Friday at the Rolling Mix Concrete Arena (RMCA) with 14 players returning from last season’s team that reached the league final.
The camp will see the players participate in a pair of practices and three games over a three day period.
Friday, August 24th
3:30 – 4:15 PM = Team Blue Practice
4:30 – 5:15 PM = Team Red Practice
7:00 PM = Team Blue vs. Team Red Intra-Squad Game #1
Saturday, August 25th
1:00 – 2:00 PM = Team Blue Practice

The Spruce Kings will play a pair of exhibition games, a home-and-home against the Merritt Centennials.
They will meet on Wednesday, August 29th in Prince George and on Friday, August 31st in Merritt.
The Spruce Kings open their regular season at home on Friday, September 7th against the RBC champion Chilliwack Chiefs.
