The City of Prince George has officially re-opened Winnipeg Street days earlier than initially announced.

WATCH:
Winnipeg street is set to re-open next week after five months of the sinkhole saga.
Crews are repaving & painting traffic markings at the site after successfully installing a new concrete chamber in September.
Pedestrian traffic could be delayed on the east side of Winnipeg as crews will be pouring new concrete for sidewalks.
A rainstorm causing a deteriorated underground pipe caused the sinkhole back in May.
