The Prince George Spruce Kings are BCHL champions for the very first time.
The Spruce Kings completed the four-game sweep over the Vernon Vipers by a 3-1 score on Wednesday to go 15-1 in the 2019 BCHL Playoffs
Ben Poisson, Nolan Welsh, and Patrick Cozzi all scored in the victory.
The Spruce Kings are off to the Doyle Cup against the Alberta Champion Brooks Bandits starting April 26th and also receive an automatic berth in the RBC Cup National Junior Championship.
