Alberta police laid charges against two people in connection to a stolen unmarked police car that belonged to the Prince George RCMP.
Just after 12:30 AM on Sunday (May 31st) , Bonnyville police responded to a tip from the public regarding a stolen vehicle that was being driving in the area.
According to the RCMP, the vehicle contained police uniforms, equipment but did not have any police-issued firearms.
Five hours later, the suspects and the stolen police vehicle were found north of Bonnyville.
The police uniform and equipment were recovered.
Kohl Anthony Timms of McBride and a 33-year-old woman are facing charges including possession of a stolen vehicle.
The female suspect is due in Bonnyville Court on September 15th.
