There is the possibility of a serious thunderstorm developing this evening, according to Environment Canada.
The organization has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Prince George.
A “watch” means conditions are favourable to developing a storm, while a “warning” indicates a storm is imminent.
Environment Canada is also reporting a chance of hail this afternoon.
