The PG RCMP is asking for the public’s help identifying a man who robbed a store on Victoria Street with bear spray and a hammer on Monday (August 15).
According to police, employees say the man sprayed bear spray in the store, then used a hammer to smash a jewelry case.
The suspect was described as wearing:
– A red hat
– Two masks
– Glasses
– Black gloves
– Dark grey sweater
– Grey sweatpants
– Black and white shoes
His bike has a blue right rear triangle and a white front tire.

The total value of the theft was over $1400, the employees who were hit by the bear spray recovered without serious injury.
Police are asking anyone who can identify the man, or with information to come forward.
