RCMP capture third suspect related to Quince Street incident

The Prince George RCMP made another dent from a targetted shooting that took place earlier this month on the 2200 block Quince Street.

Police arrested a third suspect on Tuesday during a routine traffic stop near the corner of Victoria Street and Strathcona Avenue where a pickup truck was pulled over.

RCMP Corporal Craig Douglass spoke with My PG Now.

“Our officers identified a disguised Kenneth Munroe as a passenger of that pickup truck and he was arrested without incident on his outstanding warrants in relation to the incident that occurred in Prince George on April 5th.”

Munroe was held in custody overnight and will appear in court later today.

On the afternoon of the shooting, local police received multiple reports of gunshots in the residential neighborhood. The incident is also believed to be associated with the drug trade.

During the altercation, bear spray was deployed, followed by what police now believe to be a single gunshot. All of the individuals involved in the incident fled the area a short time after.

Kyle Devro Teegee, 31, one of the four suspects, was arrested nearby. He was found in an SUV shortly after the incident. Teegee was found to be suffering from a single, not life-threatening gunshot wound and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Police located and arrested a second suspect, 26-year-old Anthony Joseph Karl Larsen, at a home on Tamarack Street a day later.

The RCMP are still on the lookout for the fourth suspect named Eric Vern West.

“He can’t be enjoying looking over his shoulder, he can’t be enjoying who to trust, where he’s going to sleep for the night, who he is getting a ride from. He can’t be enjoying this portion of his life and the charges aren’t going away,” said Douglass.

He is described as:

  • Black hair

West is wanted on the following charges:

  • Extortion with a firearm
  • Attempted kidnapping
  • Assault with a weapon
  • Assault causing bodily harm

He has also been charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace.
