Suspects arrested after home invasion with a gun

Three men and a woman have been arrested after forcing their way into a home in Prince George on Saturday.

Just before 11:00 am, RCMP received a report of a home invasion involving a firearm on the 2600 block of Victoria Street.

The four entered the home and assaulted a man in the house before departing on foot. The male resident suffered minor injuries as a result.

According to the RCMP, within minutes, three of the suspects were arrested. A short time later, with the assistance of the Prince George RCMP Police Dog Services, the firearm was also recovered. The three suspects were remanded in custody and scheduled to appear in court today (Tuesday).

All four suspects are Prince George residents.

23 year old Justin Dupray and 27 year old Daniela Frasca have been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Break and Enter to Commit an Indictable Offence
  • Use of Firearm During Commission of an Indictable Offence

40 year old Bradley Foster has been charged with the following:

  • Break and Enter to Commit an Indictable Offence
  • Use of Firearm During Commission of an Indictable Offence
  • Possession of a Loaded Prohibited/Restricted Firearm
  • Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order

The fourth suspect, Charles Santa, a 28 year old man, was arrested this afternoon will be appearing in court tomorrow (Wednesday) morning. He has been charged with the following:

  • Break and Enter to Commit an Indictable Offence
  • Use of Firearm During Commission of an Indictable Offence
  • Possession of a Loaded Prohibited/Restricted Firearm
  • Failure to Comply with Probation Order
