Construction on a new four star hotel in Prince George’s downtown core has been delayed. The developer for the Delta Hotel has done some design changes to the neighbouring property where possibly some condominiums will go. Owner of Royal LePage Rod McLeod says those changes need to be addressed first.
McLeod says so far construction crews have completed the foundation on the Delta Hotel done. He says this means they won’t be open for the 2015 Canada Winter Games.
