A condo unit in Prince George sustained $200,000 worth of damage following a structure fire on Central Street East.
Local fire crews responded to the blaze just after 3:30 this afternoon (Friday).
Once on scene, heavy smoke was found and flames were coming from the front and back of the 2 story unit.
The fire department was on scene for two hours and two residents sustained cuts and minor abrasions from breaking windows in order to evacuate the building.

Suppression crews prevented the fire from spreading to adjacent units.
The cause of the fire is under investigation but is not considered suspicious.
