Snowfall Warning issued for Saturday in Prince George

Environment Canada is calling for 10 to 15 cms of snow in Prince George for Saturday.

According to Environment Canada, a Pacific frontal system is will move across central BC Saturday night, with heavy snow beginning Saturday afternoon and ending either overnight Saturday or Sunday morning.

They added that rapidly accumulating snow will make travel difficult, and visibility may be reduced at times in heavy snow.

Environment Canada says the effected areas include Prince George, Quesnel, Stuart – Nechako, Williston, Pine Pass, Lakes District, and McGregor.
