Prince George Senior Lacrosse has moved its PG regular season games to Kin 1 starting tonight (Wednesday). It’s the unbeaten against the winless as the 4-0 Westwood Pub Devils play the 0-5 Cowboy Ranch Stylers this evening at 8. The defending champion Devils have outscored the opposition 63-20.

–The College Heights Cougars are North Central zone high school girls AA soccer champions. College Heights beat Duchess Park 2-1 in the final to qualify for Provincials May 28-30 in Vancouver. D.P. Todd placed 3rd.

–The Penticton Vees are 2-1 after a 4-3 victory over the Carleton Place Canadians at the Royal Bank Cup Junior A hockey championship in Portage-la-Prairie, Manitoba. Carleton Place and Portage are also 2-1 and guaranteed a playoff spot. The Vees complete round robin play Thursday against the Soo Thunderbirds. Semi-finals go Saturday with the gold medal game on Sunday.

–The Kelowna Rockets go for a WHL championship tonight when they host the Brandon Wheat Kings. The Rockets enjoy a 3-0 lead in the best of 7 final.

–15 athletes from the PG Judo Club, Hart Judo Academy and North Capital Judo Club, are headed to Quebec. They will compete on the long weekend at the Canadian Open Judo Championships.
