NBA Free Agency:
The Toronto Raptors have agreed to a two-year, with a player option on the second year, deal with forward Otto Porter Jr.. The amount of money the contract is worth is not clear yet.
ESPN NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski thinks the Raptors may not be done quite yet:
