The Blue Jays bats were alive during the Canada Day matchup, especially Lourdes Gurriel Jr’s.

CFL:

Edmonton Elks 29  Hamilton Tiger-Cats 25 

Canadian QB Tre Ford picked up the win for the Elks in his first career CFL start, throwing for 159 yards and one TD, and rushing for 61 yards on six carries.

NBA Free Agency:

The Toronto Raptors have agreed to a two-year, with a player option on the second year, deal with forward Otto Porter Jr.. The amount of money the contract is worth is not clear yet.
