There is potential for it to be historically hot in Prince George tomorrow.
Environment Canada Meteorologist Bobby Sekohn told My PG Now a ridge of high pressure could bring with it a 31-degree high and a “good chance” of setting a temperature record.
The June 8 record high stands at 30 degrees, set in 1969.
There is a smaller chance of another record coming down later in the week as well.

“Friday will be another hot day,” Sekohn said, “however the record for Friday is 31.1. It is a little higher than Thursday, so it might be harder to break.”
Friday’s forecast is also currently calling for a 31-degree high.
